Halloween Spice Cake

I made this Halloween spice cake tonight. Richard LOVED it. He said it was one of the best cakes I had ever made, I disagree. Anyways, since he loved it so much, I thought I would share the recipe. It was super easy; all you need are two bowls, a spoon, and a hand mixer (and the obvious measuring utensils). I baked mine in a bundt pan instead of a loaf pan.
