Cafe du Monde treats: cafe au lait and beignets. Heaven and you can buy the coffee and mix at your local HEB.
I could not believe when I saw families pushing their children in strollers down this street at night. Not a place for children day or night. Some of the sights we were prepared for but others completely shocked us!!
Go to Preservation Jazz Hall for the best music you will ever hear. My favorite part, aside from Cafe du Monde, of New Orleans.

So we are the "bad" parents who took out 18 month old to Bourbon Street! Josh was working there and we went for the weekend. One of our favorite places to eat was on Bourbon so we headed down there. When Clay saw all the lights he dropped his mouth and said "whoa"! My mother just about died when she found out!
