Good Morning

One thing I really miss about our old house is the view of the sunset. Our front porch and living room windows faced a field to the west and we saw many spectacular sunsets. On the other hand, there was a house right next door that blocked our view of the sunrise.

In our new home, we never see a sunset but we do get to see a partial sunrise out our backyard. These are some pics from a particularly beautiful one the other morning.

I have to say, if I had to choose, I would rather have the sunrise. There is something wonderful about waking up to this. I love sipping that first cup of morning coffee and watching the sky light up. Don't you love watching the Creator at work?
